We are looking to recruit a Part-Time Administrator (26 hours) to the School of Applied Sciences.
You will be joining a friendly, professional team in a university which is at the forefront of teaching, research and consultancy in a range of disciplines. The role will be based on the Moulsecoomb campus in Brighton.
Your role will be to provide administrative support to senior school managers and academic staff and be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of effective administration which supports the School in a range of functions including events, financial administration, information and data management, systems administration and recruitment administration.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven administrative experience
- The ability to work on your own initiative, and to effectively work within a team
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills are also essential
- The ability to organise work and time effectively and to cope with changing priorities.
