            <p id="isPasted"><strong>An exciting opportunity to bring your administrative skills and experience to a team that is dedicated to supporting and progressing equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI)</strong></p><p>In this varied and rewarding position we&rsquo;ll want you to support a wide range of EDI activities, including organising staff training and events, arranging and minuting meetings, budget administration, maintaining our EDI intranet pages and other platforms, and responding to queries received by the team.&nbsp;</p><p>You&#39;ll play an important role in our small and friendly team in an institution that has inclusivity at its heart. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>To be successful in this job you will:</strong></p><ul><li>Be a highly organised individual</li><li>Have previous experience in office or team administration or in the administrative aspects of organising events or training</li><li>Have excellent organisation skills</li><li>Be able to work on your own initiative and to agreed deadlines</li><li>Have clear written communication skills</li><li>Be able to develop effective networks and to work as part of a team</li><li>Have a personal commitment to EDI</li></ul><p>Please take a look at the job description and person specifications for full details of the role.&nbsp;</p><p>This is a part-time position (17 hours per week) offered on a fixed-term basis for 18 months. There is scope for flexibility regarding working days and hours, to be agreed with the successful candidate within the overall contracted hours.&nbsp;</p><p>We offer a wide range of employee benefits, including a hybrid working scheme allowing employees to work from home for up 60% of their contracted hours, a generous pension scheme, and annual leave starting at 30 days each year as well as bank holidays and additional time off over the Christmas period.</p>
