            <p id="isPasted"><strong>Are you interested in working as a Course Administrator supporting our staff and students?  If so, then we would love to hear from you</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Working with the Academic Administration Manager and Senior Course Administrators, you will utilise your strong administrative and organisational skills to plan, prioritise and manage a range of work activities.&nbsp;</p><p>This includes handling enquiries received through different routes, providing information and advice on University-wide services, policies and procedures, and administrative support for course teams.  We will also want you to&nbsp;provide a friendly and efficient service for students, staff, visitors, and other external stakeholders, within agreed customer service levels and standards.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>To be successful in this role you should have:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Experience of delivering a broad range customer-focussed enquiry and support services</li><li>Experience of carrying out a range of organisational and administrative duties</li><li>The ability to produce written communications clearly and concisely</li><li>The ability to work proactively to ensure effective service delivery</li><li>The ability to use Microsoft Office computer programs to a high standard</li></ul><p>This is a full-time (37 hours) fixed term contract that ends on 29 February 2028 and we welcome applications from candidates seeking to job share. &nbsp;</p><p>The role is based on our Moulsecoomb Campus but there are opportunities for some remote working too.</p><p><strong>Interviews will take place week commencing 2nd November.</strong></p>
