AS Administrator Bursaries & Scholarships (18.5 hours a week)

Salary:  £22,659 to £25,482 pro rata
18.5 hours per week

Bring your excellent administrative experience to work in our friendly team based at Moulsecoomb where you will have the chance to enhance the student experience by administering the University’s bursary scheme and processing US, Canadian and career development loans. You will also have the opportunity to be hands-on and assist at the University's enrolment and graduation ceremonies.

You will have experience of using computerised systems and proven administrative and numeracy skills. You will also have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisation skills and be able to work to agreed deadlines with the minimum of supervision. You will work autonomously and collaboratively to deliver a student-centred service within the Bursaries and Scholarships team, communicating often complex information in a clear and understandable way, using your initiative and judgement to resolve enquiries and issues effectively.

Experience of administration in the HE sector and using complex student records databases would be an advantage.

Working days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

This is a part-time, fixed-term position for 12 months and forms part of an existing job-share.
