The University of Brighton is looking for a talented marketing professional for the new role of Marketing Officer for Employability.

Based within our Marketing and Communications department, you will develop and deliver a range of marketing communications, including direct email and related digital/web and print content for all aspects of employability in support of the University’s strategic employability and employer engagement priorities. This will include increasing attendance at events and take-up of careers services among students, as well as encouraging employers to take on graduates and work with our students, including offering placements and internships.

In order to succeed you will be able to think creatively, inspire and motivate others, whilst working with multiple teams across the University.

You will have a thorough knowledge of developing and tracking integrated campaigns including e-mail marketing and CRM, together with a good understanding of business audiences, and be able to create engaging content for a variety of media channels. You will also line manage and mentor an apprentice marketing assistant.
