Programme Administrator (22.5 hours per week)

Location:  Brighton - Moulsecoomb
Salary:  £23,067 to £25,941 pro rata
22.5 hours per week

Based at our vibrant Moulsecoomb Campus in Brighton you will work as part of the Course Administration Team supporting the delivery of academic programmes, courses or modules, and taking a leading role in relation to administrative processes and procedures. 

You will be the first point of contact in relation to the current student body and staff team, liaising with Course and Module Leaders to support the preparation of course documentation and materials and to publish information as required. You will also be responsible for the administration of the assessment and examination processes for modules and courses.

In order to be successful you will be a strong communicator who is confident and assertive when dealing with others. You will also be a good listener and considerate of others’ needs and perspectives and should have a systematic and analytical approach to work, being able to organise work and time efficiently.

Previous programme administration and course support experience is desirable.

This is a part-time, fixed-term post for 12 months. Job-sharers are welcome to apply.
