Salary:  £23,487 to £26,341 per annum

In this varied and interesting role you will be responsible for a full range of administrative and customer support across all areas of Registry Services to ensure the delivery of high-quality user-focussed services to our applicants and students.

The role will include:

  • Handling enquiries through to resolution
  • Supporting the offer making process
  • Student administration processes
  • Awards and graduation.

You will provide information and advice and liaise with internal departments and external agencies. This is a flexible role that works across several different teams within the department depending on business need so we are seeking a confident communicator.

The University is currently confirming arrangements to return to offices, but it is expected that the role holder will be able to do a blend of home working and office-based working.

We have 2 full-time (37 hours a week), permanent posts available. Job-sharers are welcome to apply.
