Knowledge Exchange Administrator (30 hours per week)

Salary:  £26,642 to £29,659 pro rata
30 hours per week

We would like you to use your excellent administration skills and experience to come and work for the University of Brighton within our leading Research and Knowledge Exchange Department.  Your new role will be based in the Knowledge Exchange Team where you will utilise your outstanding customer care skills to support our business and community partnerships.  You will help with event management; support gathering information on the success of our partnerships and provide administrative support for the Associate Director of Knowledge Exchange as well as for the Team and wider Department where appropriate.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience of working in an office environment
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience of planning and prioritising a range of work activities, meeting sometimes conflicting work deadlines
  • Good communication skills, and able to communicate complex procedures and information clearly
