Location:  Brighton - Moulsecoomb
Salary:  £22,659 to £25,482 per annum
Contract Length: 12 months

We are seeking a Administrative Assistant (PA to Head of School) to join our team within the School of Computing, Engineering and Mathematics.

The role is extremely varied and interesting one, you will undertake a range of administrative work whilst providing support to our Head of School as well as other members of our School Management Group. You will regularly arrange and minute school meetings and committees as well as be responsible for a number of staff members’ diaries.

In order to succeed, a flexible approach and familiarity with diary management and minute-taking is essential, as is the ability to produce grammatically correct written work and a high level of numerical accuracy. Excellent communication skills are essential as this role has regular contact with senior staff members, students and the public.

This is a full time, fixed term post for one year and job sharers are welcome to apply.
